Russian Businessman tied to Accreditation Scams Sponsored by State of Idaho
Jailed oil tycoon and Russian businessman Mikhail Khodorkovsky was sentenced to several years in prison by Russian authorities. Prime Minister Vladimir Putin was a force behind the prosecution of this corrupt businessman. Yet, U.S. officials condemned the sentence as unjust.
It is no secret that underlings tied to Mikhail Khodorkovsky have been a leading financier and third-party promoter of accreditation scams linked to the education departments of Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Montana.
Although numerous complaints by parents and students have been lodged against the business partner of Idaho, Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. (a/k/a The Northwest Accreditation Commission), the State of Idaho has ignored the complaints just as it has ignored legitimate complaints about prisoner abuse, prisonor degradation, and inhumane treatment of those in the Idaho penal system.
The abuse and corruption in Idaho is so rampant that the liberal ACLU even filed a lawsit against Idaho institutions linked to the incidents.
Meanwhile, The Northwest Accreditation Commission was engaging in acts directly approved by Idaho government officials, and covertly sponsored by persons with links to Mikhail Khodorkovsky ; these acts included, but were not limited to, accreditation schemes by trademark infringement; accreditation schemes designed to legitimize Russian, and Arabic recruitment targets.
These targets in turn were directed to destabilize U.S. military divisions. The U.S. and Europe condemned the sentence but Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has the high moral road. Can anyone name a single U.S. government agency or education department that has sought the prosecution of David Steadman, Norene Rice, Tom Luna, Chuck Fannin, Vickki Reynolds, or Corinne Roberts??
Apparently, mail fraud, and trademark infringement do not apply to protected
U.S. citizens with business ties to certain state education departments. We all know that if the typical poor blue-collar citizen or racial minority were profitting off the the trademarks of Apple, Microsoft, or any U.S. FORTUNE 500 company, then that person would be prosecuted.
Even the U.S. Trademark Trial & Appeal Board, under ANDREW BAXLEY has hopped on board the wagon to legitimize the fraudulent schemes connected to the State of Idaho via Northwest Association of
Accredited Schools, Inc. After a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT was issued, ANDREW BAXLEY reversed course when he allegedly received a phone call, signal, or other communicative directive from a government employee connected to the State of Idaho or Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. This abrupt attempt to conceal a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT damaging to the integrity of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. is one of the most potent examples of that Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., and the State Education Department of Idaho are far more corrupt than many are willing to concede.
In the U.S.A., oftentimes the rich, popular, and/or well-connected, (for example, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Eliot Spitzer, David Steadman, Craig Titus, Amanda Knox, and numerous others) are not thoroughly prosecuted for crimes they committed. What evidence do U.S. Postal Inspectors need? David Steadman, and his corrupt employees signed a series of statements under penalty of perjury, filed those statements before a federal agency, that he was profitting off of the NAAS trademark and using the mail system of the U.S. Postal service to carry out his crimes. Yet, the State Education Departments still embrace, sponsor, promote, and endorse Northwest Association of
Accredited Schools, Inc?
Who is the bigger criminal, a moral and brave Prime Minister Vladimir Putin
(who is not afraid or intimidated by the likes of DAVID STEADMAN) or corrupt
home-grown U.S. citizens who embrace Northwest Association of Accredited
Schools, Inc?
A senseless Marina Khodorkovskaya said the judge had "put his title of judge
in shame." Ok, one can draw the same conclusion about Interlocutory
Attorney/ANDREW BAXLEY of the U.S. Trademark Trial & Appeal Board who is willing to bend, stretch, and re-bend any TTAB rule to legitimize the trademark application of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc even *AFTER* a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT was entered, AND AFTER more than 90 days when defendant made no appearance in the matter.
Russian businessman Mikhail Khodorkovsky was properly convicted, and attempts
to question his sentence by planted U.S. moles should be ignored.

Idaho Citizens Re-Elect Unqualified Tom Luna
The business partner of The Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Tom Luna, beat longtime educator Stan Olson to keep Idaho's top elected education post. Despite concerns about his qualifications, weight, integrity, character, and intelligence, and educational experience, Idaho residents, and many Russian transplants voted for Tom Luna.
In fact, a substantial percentage of the vote for Tom Luna can be traced to Russian and immigrant transplants from Eastern Europe. Idaho voters would have voted for Timothy McVeigh as School Superintendent if it were not for his Oklahoma experiment, and eventual execution.
Regardless of the excuses, Idaho voters chose to elect Tom Luna to another four years to mange a public education system that used accreditation schemes to lure students.
Tom Luna has held the top educator position since January 2007 and won re-election despite public reports linking his aspirations and objectives to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., and a lousy budget for public education in Idaho.
Idaho lawmakers have rightfully cut about $128 million from the schools budget for the current fiscal year although the required amount should have been $250 million. The lawmakers have slashed total spending on public education although many Idaho educators are still feeding off budget fat, pork, and special privileges tied to private companies.
Of the $128 million slashed from the budget, not a penny was slashed on its business accrediation relationship with Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. Why? Russian influence and control.
The Idaho teachers union may have backed Olson and criticized Luna for his lack of experience in the classroom, but the Russian underground backed Tom Luna.
Tom Luna may have won, but Russia is the true victor.

Failed DMCA Complaint Prompts Perjury Investigation; Corrine Roberts
Corinne Roberts, a representative and apparent employee of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission, filed a confidential complaint alleging that the logo of the Northwest Accreditation Commission was some how either protected by federal laws, or suitable for DMCA copyright protection.
The complaint was intended to be a confidential complaint that sought to conceal her identity but was swiftly unmasked by NAAS DEIA (Domestic Electronic Information Analyst) , and subsequently defeated. NAAS agents intend to use the NWAC logo, until such time that it achieves federal protection (which will also be defeated) or until Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission satisfies the outstanding claims of National Academy of American Scholars.
Like many employees and representatives of her employer, Corinne Roberts has a peculiar perverse attraction to the lady NAAS label.
Certainly, evidence gathered suggests that Corinne Roberts is a suspicious employee and/or agent of David Steadman that has violated specific NAAS EAS/N2 Rules, and she is suspected of committing felony crimes; i.e., perjury, a violation of Title 18, U.S.C., and other acts, to dissuade, interfere with, and to obstruct NAAS DEIA agents from communicating with consumers, military recruitment centers, and the general public in regards to various facts that expose the operations of and the Russian connections associated with her employer. These connections have been detailed or referenced in federal documents filed by NAAS agents.
It is important to note that none of these allegations have been timely denied by either Corinne Roberts, Norene Rice, or David Steadman, The Idaho State Dept. of Education, or Russian agents who work in concert with Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. Public domain evidence verifies that representatives of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission, have entered into, traveled to, and set up affiliate offices in Russia.
Regardless of its public image attempts, Russia is a communist country that still has nuclear missiles pointed towards every man, woman, and child in the U.S.A.
Corinne Roberts submitted a statement under penalty of perjury, and that statement was entirely false. Corrine Roberts knew such statement was false, and had no basis in fact to support her claims; the crime of perjury is self-explanatory that even a bimbo like this person can understand such a law. The latest logo of her employer, or apparent pimp, Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission, is not protected by a single U.S. federal law. Eat that fact, Corinne Roberts.
NAAS DEIA agents intend to AND will file formal criminal charges against Corrine Roberts because no Idaho law enforcement agency has taken any action against Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission, because the government itself has committed the same infringement acts as claimed against its business partner. Furthermore, no action has resulted against Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., despite a default notice filed against this firm, and despite federal evidence of its liability, and despite an admission of its accreditation schemes via trademark infringement, and despite clear violations of Idaho consumer laws that claim to prohibit the very acts engaged in by The Northwest Accreditation Commission.
Furthemore, there is additional evidence against Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission. NAAS DEIA agents have determined that certain websites affiliated with The Northwest Accreditation Commission are now associated with a corrupt California-based company that is also being investigated for similar claims by a company independent of National Academy of American Scholars.
For example, it is important to note that the website (aknasc.com, etc.) is an affiliate website of The Northwest Accreditation Commission. The website was being hosted by Bizland, Inc, in December of 2009, several months ago. Bizland, Inc. is a legitimate hosting company with a detailed AUP. When evidence surfaced that the affiliate website of The Northwest Accreditation Commission was violating federal laws, the website was taken down by Bizland.
Now, it appears that some affiliates of The Northwest Accreditation Commission have deliberately switched hosting companies and taken up partnership with companies that are set-up to assist law-breakers in evading DMCA/copyright/trademark claims. This sort of conduct is consistent with Diploma Mills. Diploma Mills imitate legitimate universities, and use the tradenames of legtimate companies to lure consumers.
Meanwhile, the company (The Northwest Accreditation Commission ) that issues accreditation to these companies has turned a blind eye to this practice, and may have even encouraged such acts. How is that for a company that has a government contract with the State of Idaho????
The A.C.L.U. sued the State of Idaho for numerous legitimate reasons. The State of Idaho has systematically allowed the abuse, rape, and demoralization of male prisoners, has forced these prisoners to engage in inhumane Gladiator-style fights, and has turned many of these males into raging animals while giving preferential treatment to racial NAZI immitators. This is not surprising given the fact that the lady NAAS logo has been subject to similar rape and inhumane treatment by several Idaho Government employees, ranging from Tom Luna, Vicki Reynolds, and others. A significant proportion of Idaho government employees are influenced by and receive instructions from Russia. This is a concrete, verifiable, and indisputable fact.
Despite its ties to the Idaho government, federal pleadings assert that or imply that companies owned and controlled by David Steadman have a history of trying to either evade and/or outright breaking federal laws. It is therefore not unreasonable to assume that female employees of The Northwest Accreditation Commission are little more than whores, prostitutes, Diploma Mill Madams, and perjurers who, lacking integrity, are prone to commit perjury, trademark infringement, and steal the ideas of others because of their own intellectual and moral inferiority.
A phone call to the California-based company that has given guidance to the The Northwest Accreditation Commission affiliate was made by NAAS DEIA agents. Upon answering, an employee admitted the non-existence of an AUP. He also matter-of-factly stated that the non-existence of a such a policy was to allow his clients to avoid claims of copyright/trademark infringement by third-parties.
This fact is consistent with allegations filed against The Northwest Accreditation Commission, and supports suspicions that the continued relationship by the State of Idaho, in general, and the U.S. Attorney General of Idaho, in particular, with The Northwest Accreditation Commission and David Steadman, is a relationship based upon deceit. Many consumers who have contacted this Publisher feel that such a relationship is unethical, at least if not criminal.
It is not unreasonable to consider the possibility that many organizations claiming accreditation by Northwest Accreditation Commission are nothing more than Diploma Mills, and programs with inferior personnel. Many are even muslim-based organizations that do not respect U.S. culture. Moreover, federal pleadings assert that terrorists have been legitimized by many organizations with ties to Northwest Accreditation Commission.

Fake SPAM by Russian Affiliates
On September 1st of 2010, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office issued a Notice of Default to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. Per Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 55(a), the default is evidence of and a legal admission that **ALL** allegations against Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. and its various collective members are true. The legal admissions cast serious doubt about the integrity and the legitimacy of the relationship between the Idaho State Dept. of Education, The Association of Washington School Principals, The American Academy, LLC, and the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. (a/k/a The Northwest Accreditation Commission) and all members and persons associated with Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. Federal pleadings assert these series of relationships are based upon accreditation fraud via trademark infringement, and deceit.
In October of 2010, Corrine Roberts, an employee of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission, is suspected of submitting a perjurious declaration to an Internet Service Provider that claimed or implied the NWAC logo had federal protection, and was recognized by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. In fact, the NWAC logo is worthless and has not been registered with any U.S. federal agency.
It is possible that the NWAC logo has protection in the Union of Soviet Socialists Republics (U.S.S.R.) , a/k/a Soviet Union. It is also possible that the NWAC logo has protection in Communist China, or North Korea.
Nonetheless, no U.S. federal agency has recognized the merits of the NWAC trademark or logo as of the post of this report.
These series of stunning legal defeats have left the operators of theNorthwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission, and the Idaho State Department of Education in a very deseperate position. Unable to stop the NAAS campaign media campaign, they have resorted to recruiting Russian operatives to mask the IP addresses and mail servers of perceived affiliates of NAAS, and send out bogus emails encouraging email recipients to provide confidential banking information. Emails may even appear to come from respected companies like CitiBank, Bank of America, etc.
This SPAM is a direct consequence of the legal defeat and exposure of the national accreditation schemes operated by the Idaho State Department of Education in conjuction with The Association of Washington School Principals, and Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission.
Sincerely,
NAAS Publishing team

Copyright Claims by Corinne Roberts Rejected
Corrinne Roberts, a representative and employee of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission, filed a confidential complaint alleging that the logo of the Northwest Accreditation Commission, a/k/a/ Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., was some how either protected by federal laws, or suitable for copyright protection.
In or about February of 2010, a criminal fraud complaint was lodged against David Steadman, and Norene Rice, of Northwest Associaton of Accredited Schools, Inc., with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and other anonymous employees of this organization. The fraud complaint arose as a direct result of false, untrue, and deceitful statements used by David Steadman and his employees in their ultimately failed attempt to obtain legal rights to use the NAAS logo in commerice. Ultimately, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office with the allegations and denied the trademark application of Northwest Associaton of Accredited Schools, Inc.
Despite these obvious and egregious acts of fraud/accreditation schemes, and rulings by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, the State of Idaho has endorsed, promoted, and even duplicated the same fraudulent business model of Northwest Associaton of Accredited Schools, Inc.. Even the flagship unversity of the state, Boise State University, was as an early participant in this series of NAAS Accreditation schemes, and trademark infringement practices until it decided to obey a CEASE-AND-DESIST letter.
Consumers need to understand that the current logo, posted above, was adopted by Northwest Associaton of Accredited Schools, Inc. only after a scheme to hijack the NAAS logo failed. The current proposed logo is supposed to take the place of the discredited logo formerly associated with The Northwest Accreditation Commission, a/k/a/ Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc.
There is no trademark registration for the acronym NWAC, and neither is the logo protected in the U.S.A. There is a possibility, however, the Soviet Russia, or China, or other military enemies of the U.S.A. are willing to use this label to entice or lure their agents into the U.S.A. under the guise of accreditation.
In summary, NAAS DEIA Agents filed responsive legal papers and defeated the latest bogus claims of this irresponsible organization. The current logo associated with Northwest Accreditation Commission is essentially worthless, and there is no record on file with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office that it merits protection.
Thank you for reading this article.
God Bless everyone.

Russian Hackers Attack NAAS-NEWS.INFO
The name change was abrupt, and without much announcement or reason. Many schools and programs throughout the United State, particularly Idaho, Utah, Oregon, Montana, Washington, Nevada, and Alaska have relied upon the so-called accreditation services of a single organization, Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc, a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission, to provide these schools a measure of credibility.
The measure of credibility was the illecit use, rape, and molestation of the NAAS label. In on these gang rape was perverse-looking Tom Luna, a GOP candidate in Idaho, his cougar wife, and the President of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc,, David Steadman.
Initially, Boise State University was also in on the scheme. In fact, the athletic success of the current Boise State University team is directly tied to athletes recruited under the NAAS label.
Other significant players in the accreditation scheme have included the Association of Washington School Principals, and the state education departments of Idaho, Utah, Oregon, Montana, Washington, Nevada, and Alaska. The U.S. Attorney General of Idaho was made aware of the illicit use of the NAAS label by the Idaho State Department of Education, and, as expected, he did nothing because he is a puppet of David Steadman. Legal papers assert he has "betrayed the seal of the United States..." Northwest did not deny the allegation.
Although many Americans are unaware, Arabs, and Russians are responsible for many of the diploma schemes operating in the U.S.A. The method is simple, but the mechanics are sophisticated.
Russia is a dirty country. Russians are dirty people, generally, and figuratively. Electronic evidence has tied Russian and Idaho servers to hacking the NAAS-NEWS.INFO websites, and related websites investigating the true relationship between employees of the Idaho State Department of Education, Northwest Accreditation Commission, and Russian operatives.
A legal default notice was served against Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc, a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission, because neither the organization or its corrupt member schools have any answers for the truth.

Legal Default Exposes Accreditation Fraud
On September 1st of 2010, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office issued a Notice of Default to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. Per Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 55(a), the default is evidence of and a legal admission of NAAS-NEWS Media Reports that the allegations against Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. are true, and that the relationship between the Idaho State Dept. of Education, The Association of Washington School Principals, The American Academy, LLC, and the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. (a/k/a The Northwest Accreditation Commission) and all members and persons associated with Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc is a relationship based upon accreditation fraud, diploma mills, and deceit.
Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. did not defend or answer the serious allegations because it knew the allegations and suspicions posted on NAAS-NEWS website were factually and legaly true.

Boise State Broncos Face NAAS Agents
Boise State University football team, and university are targets of possible NAAS trademark infringement federal law suit.
NAAS Agents are preparing federal lawsuit against Boise State University and its football team, as well as other students who have infringed upon, stolen, and used the reputation of the NAAS label to recruit Boise students.
The corruption of the State of Idaho, and its refusal to enforce its own laws against Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, prompts NAAS agents to turn attention towards Boise State cheaters.

Update: Northwest Association of Accredited Schools
In January of 2010, several organizations tied to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools were forcefully stripped of their illegal and illegitimate use of the NAAS label. These organizations included The American Academy LLC, the Oregon chapter of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools; the Alaska chapter of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, The Association of Washington School Principals, Maple Lake Academy from Payson, UT, and several phony and illegal 'NAAS' accredited schools, as well as an illegal Facebook account that was set up by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools
U.S. Trademark Office Rejects Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc.
In March of 2010, the United States Patent & Trademark Office re-affirmed the supreme rights of National Academy of American Scholars, and issued a FINAL REJECTION the efforts of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., and the Idaho State Dept. of Education to register the 'NAAS' trademark. David Steadman, Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, their collective members, and their California-based attorney were a humiliating defeat that they could have avoided if they had just respected American federal laws, traditional business ethics, and were more patriotic.
Northwest Accreditation Commission
Northwest Accreditation Commission, f/k/a/ Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., is responsible for the national epidemic of illeigititmate accreditation services being sold and marketed under the NAAS label.
Recently, Northwest Accreditation Commission, f/k/a/ Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc forfeited its claim to use the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. name. Therefore, the organization changed its name to Northwest Accreditation Commission.
We assure scholars, institutions, and others that the mere change in names will not deter or intefere with legal plans to pursue justice against illegitimate 'NAAS' Accreditation schemes, and the blatant rape of the NAAS label by universities, colleges, and member organizations tied to Northwest Accreditation Commission, f/k/a/ Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc.
Students attending phony or illegitimate 'NAAS' accredited schools or any school or program associated with Northwest Accreditation Commission, f/k/a/ Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. will face legal risks.

NAAS Media Reports (*Fixed)
NAAS Media Reports are now back up and are accessible.
Thank you foe your interest in NAAS Media Reports. The three recent articles cover Cyveillance, Inc., Clark County Collections, Nevada State Bank, and a sophisticated Steven Worth phishing scam.
Steven Worth is a fictitious person that Clark County Collections, and Nevada State Bank, and a few other suspicious Nevada-based entities claim to exist. In reality, we have found no credible or independent evidence verifying the existence of the person.
The objective of the scam appears to be an attempt to harass, annoy, and to solicit personal information.

Clark County Collection Services Media report
Clark County Collection Service, LLC. represents itself as a collections agency. Clark County Collection Service, LLC purports to have been recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of America's top 500 fastest growing companies. This is hard to believe given their unprofessional looking website, a YouTube video that has only garnered less than 400 views in over two years, and the fact that the company has very incompetent employees with questionable IQ levels. Moreover, Entrepreneur Magazine is not recognized by National Academy of American Scholars as an authentic magazine that accurately analyzes businesses.
Clark County Collection Service, LLC. has repeatedly used telecommunications equipment to contact alleged and fictitous persons that the company has yet to prove even exists.
According to intercepted NAAS Agent phone logs, persons or companies claiming to represent Nevada State Bank have made multiple phone calls to NAAS offices. Each phone call purports to be an effort to contact a Steven Worth. However, no evidence has been located that verifies the existence of this person, nor his claimed ties to NAAS offices.
Each phone call to an NAAS office by commercial agents or persons must be preceded by the completion of eNAAS EAS/N2 Form GEC 002; this is an an NAAS requirement designed to ensure that calls are legitimate, and comply with federal telecommunications laws. A failure to complete said form represents an explicit violation of important NAAS EAS/N2 Rules that prohibit such conduct.
It is entirely possible that the alleged person of 'Steven Worth' is associated with the State Education Departments of Idaho, Montana, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Utah, or Nevada. These are the only states whose Boards of Education, and State Superintendents are openly operating, promoting, and endorsing 'NAAS' Accreditation scams.
Perhaps the person of 'Steven Worth' is associated with the State Education Departments of Idaho, Montana, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Utah, or Nevada. These are the only states whose Boards of Education, and State Superintendents are openly operating, promoting, and endorsing 'NAAS' Accreditation scams.
Clark County Collection Service, LLC. claims to be licensed in twelve states, including Arizona, California, Georgia, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Virginia. Clark County Collection Service, LLC. also claims to have offices in Las Vegas, NV and Sioux Falls, SD. It is unclear whether this company boasts 'NAAS' accreditation by corrupt Idaho government officials.

Austin Ventures: Links up with Trademark Infringer
Austin Ventures, a Texas-based venture capital firm provided in excess of $5million to The American LLC. NAAS Media Reports reveal that The American Academy LLC is a Utah-based outfit that is also a staunch collective member of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc.
In fact, in November of 2009, barely a month had passed before some idiot at Austin Ventures decided to formalize its agreement with The American Academy, that company was served with a legal CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE to stop infringing upon the NAAS label. In addition, public notices of this infringement were posted throughout the Internet, and even on multiple media channels. Eventually, NAAS Agents forcefully stripped The American Academy LLC of its illegal use of the NAAS label because the company would not voluntarily comply with a CEASE AND DESIST letter to stop molesting the NAAS label. What can you expect from a Utah-based company??
Besides, many contend that child molestation is part of the culture of many parts of Utah.
Would you invest millions of dollars in a company that can't even police itself from infringing upon other company's tradeamarks?
As of June 2nd of 2010, The YouTube channel of the American Academy had less than 700 channel views. Apparently, their clients do not think much of their YouTube channel and neither does management; YouTube claims management has not logged into the account in over 2 months. With $5 million dollars in their pockets, where has the money been spent? Who are the investors of Austin Ventures? Do the investors know how their money is being spent?
According to their propaganda literature, Austin Ventures (AV) claims to have worked with talented entrepreneurs to build valuable companies for nearly twenty-five years.
Apparently, Austin Ventures (AV) is itching to waste millions of dollars. They boast $3.9 billion under management. Sounds impressive, but Bernie Madoff had over $100 billion. AV is the most active venture capital and growth equity firm in Texas. So what!
The moral and ethical credibility of Austin Ventures and its ability to evaluate investment prospects is a matter that its investor base should consider.
The American Academy owes a debt to National Academy of American Scholars for its unethical use and profiteering of the famous and respected NAAS label, and its false claims to students that its operations were christened 'NAAS' Accredited. In fact, The American Academy LLC was not, never has, and is currently unfit to be NAAS Accredited.

NAAS Media Notice on Cyveillance, Inc.
Designed to provide ammunition against suspicious companies like Cyveillance, Inc. According to NAAS DEIA Agents, Cyveillance, Inc. has systematically attempted to thwart NAAS SPAM efforts and has attempted to crawl, and index NAAS.ORG web pages without authorization.
Cyveillance, Inc. claims "The majority of the Fortune 50, including leading security and services providers, such as AOL and Microsoft, rely on Cyveillance to protect their organizations and customers from online threats." If this true, these U.S. companies have adopted inferior standards, that have failed.

Legal Notices to Phony 'NAAS' Persons
Legal notices are being sent to all collective members of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools to remind such schools and persons to respect U.S. federal laws and abandon their beliefs that American laws, American customs, and U.S. legal authorities do not apply to schools, organizations, or institutions that receive Russian funds.
Unfortunately, Northwest Association of Accredited Schools appears to have abandoned its members and has not taken any public action to remind its members that use of the NAAS label without consent is illegal. This sort of conduct is consistent with the way this organization has been portrayed in legal pleadings.
Originally, Northwest Association of Accredited Schools deliberately recruited American schools and organizations to download the NAAS logo without informing such schools that the NAAS logo was protected intellectual property.
In March of 2010, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office issued a FINAL REFUSAL to its attempts to molest, hijack, and rape the NAAS label.
Instead of being an ethical leader and demanding that the same schools who had previously participated in the illegal downloads and infringement now cease use of the NAAS label, and pay for previous use of the NAAS label, Northwest Association of Accredited Schools has not made any public statements on their website, press releases, or attempted to persuade its rebel members to respect U.S. federal laws.
This sort of belligerent and unethical conduct is completely consistent with media characterizations and legal pleadings filed with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office that portray schools accredited under Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. as illegitimate, and unethical.
It is no secret that Russia is an endorser of phony 'NAAS' Accreditation schemes. It has been using American institutions as a foundation to soften its image under the fraudulent misuse of the NAAS label. Russia employs hackers, informants, and spys to achieve its objectives. Russia is not happy with NAAS Media Reports.
As a country, Americans must remember that Russia still has nuclear missiles pointed at every American man, woman, and child. Russia simply cannot be trusted.
In exchange for donations, funds, and other benefits, the state education departments and education boards located in Utah, Washington, Nevada, Oregon, Montana, Alaska, and Idaho have participated in a massive scheme of 'NAAS' Accreditation fraud whereby such persons have collectively agreed to use the prestige, integrity, and superior reputation of National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS) as a recruiting tool.
Illegitimate 'NAAS' entities are being urged to obtain an NAAS Provisional license. Until they do so, they will continue to be correctly classified as illegitimate.

NAAS International News Channel feeds
We would like to thank International news channels for picking up our videos and NAAS NEWS Media reports about 'NAAS' Accreditation Scams.
We affirm that any school, institution, or U.S. state government agency that is promoting an 'NAAS' Accreditation product or service without written consent from National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS), or without having first secured an NAAS Provisional license is engaging in a deliberate criminal act; this statement also refers to the state education departments of Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Utah.
The Idaho State Department of Education and the Utah State Board of Education are more corrupt than Iraq or Iran. The employees who manage and operate these agencies are traitors to the United States for their refusal to insist that Utah and Idaho schools abandon infringement of the NAAS label, stop deceiving U.S. students as to the source and origin of the NAAS label, or pay the required the licensing fees like legitimate businessess would do.
We are thankful that the L.A. Lakers trounced and defeated the sorrowful Utah Jazz basketball team, and their earring-wearing sissy leader Deron Williams, since it is very clear that Utah is not a full and unconditional supporter of the U.S. Constitution, AND the federal laws of the United States of America.
Utah is a prominent supporter, and endorser of 'NAAS' Accreditation scams used by terrorists to legitimize their educational credentials.
Also, we support the University of Southern California in its trademark case against the University of South Carolina. As was the case against Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., attorneys for the University of South Carolina should have never created their far-fetched campaign of claiming rights to the 'SC logo.

Axis Bank to increase its retail loans
“We want to grow our retail assets and we hope to tap the potential in smaller town and cities. We are expecting to increase the share of retail loans to 25% of our total advances in about two years,” said Axis Bank executive director (retail banking, SME & agri) SK Chakrabarti.
In 2009-10, the bank’s retail advances stood at Rs 20,823 crore from the year-ago amount of Rs 16,052 crore, a growth of 30% year-on-year. At present, bank total advances amount to Rs 1,04,343 crore which had grown by 28% y-o-y. Bank retail loans include 70% of mortgaged home loans the rest comes from credit cards, auto (in 4-wheeler segment) and personal loans.
To increase its retail baking, the bank is taking some measures to mobilize its business operations further. Chakrabarti informed, “We have now divided business responsibilities in 26 circles instead of four zones as it was earlier. Under one circle, there will be 35-40 branches, which will be easy to handle for a manager.”
He added, “We are looking at the customer as an individual having requirement in all the spaces. Our branch expansion will help us acquire more customers and thereby help multiply our retail banking business”.

Innovations International Charter School of Las Vegas, NV
Innovations International Charter School of Las Vegas, Nevada, is just one of several examples of the type of suspicious entities with questionable standards and practices that are typically associated with Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc.
On May 4th, 2010, less than 60 days after the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office REFUSED the corrupt efforts of is parent accrediting agency to register the NAAS label, this apparently mismanaged and/or reckless entity placed a half-page ad in the Las Vegas Review Journal featuring the famous NAAS logo although substantial evidence was in the public domain that verified the fact that the school WAS NOT 'NAAS' accredited, and had no legal basis to molest, interfere with, or infringe upon the NAAS mark.
The Las Vegas Review Journal newspaper, which has a history of questionable editorial standards and journalism ethics, accepted the corrupt advertising claim, or placed the ad for free (which is doubtful). Whereas similar attempts by an NAAS agent to place an ad in the same newspaper for an ad that featured a claim of endorsement by the "Las Vegas Review Journal" was not accepted (of course).
This evidence supports claims made by this Publisher that many schools, school districts, and entities that claim accreditation by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, are who are collective members of this organization, are so lacking in ethics, morals, and integrity, that this Publisher is compelled to denounce these 'NAAS' accreditation scams.
In order for these entites and persons to respect U.S. federal laws, these persons apparently have to be legally forced, shackled, tasered, or arrested. Business ethics, and integrity is a trait that does not appear to exist for many schools and entities that claim accreditation by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. This opinion is strongly supported by the actions and conduct by state education departments, and collective members, connected to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools.FOR THE OFFICIAL RECORD:
Innovations International Charter Schools of Las Vegas, Nevada, DOES NOT meet legitimate NAAS accreditation standards approved by National Academy of American Scholars(NAAS); and, its use of the NAAS logo is a violation of the intellectual property rights of National Academy of American Scholars, etc.
REPORTS TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, EMPLOYMENT CENTERS, AND TO ALL U.S.A. COLLEGES, AND UNIVERSITIES, ETC:
The U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security, college, universities, and employment centers, and numerous federal agencies have been notified of persons claiming 'NAAS' accreditation status, as well as the employees of such schools, as well as their paying clients .
If the names of offending persons are in a Table of Unaccredited 'NAAS' schools, these schools have not been properly licensed to use the NAAS label. Only paying schools may use the NAAS label in commerce. Depending upon your opinion, unlicensed persons and entities using the NAAS label without permission may be viewed and treated as disreputable.
Parents that anticipate sending monies or funds to phony 'NAAS' schools risk legal action, and severe embarrassment. Furthermore, the legitimate NAAS rejects and disclaims any and all associations, implied, or real, with the employees, students, and teachers associated with any school that has not secured an NAAS Provisional License.
We encourage ALL falsely labeled 'NAAS' schools, and collective members of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, to come clean, and respect U.S. federal laws, and remit fees for past illegitimate use of the NAAS label. This act can be accomplished with a single click by completing eNAAS EAS/N2 Form 0089.
Any entity that seeks to use the NAAS label in commerce is required to first seek approval and proper licensing. As of today's date, Innovations International Charter Schools has not paid that fee. If and when the school does so, this report may be updated accordingly.
NAAS DEIA California affiliates have been assigned to investigate suspicious and illegal 'NAAS' Diploma Mills, and schools boasting of 'NAAS' Accreditation claims.
Affected parents and students attending or who reside in specified zipcodes may be sent notices reminding the same that acceptance of funds from illegal or unlicensed 'NAAS' schools will be challenged.

PSU Banks will focus on personal loans to increase margins and profitability
Banks like Allahabad Bank, UCO Bank, Union Bank of India and United Bank of India have already worked out new strategies to sell their high-yielding personal loan products to their retail customers. Earlier during economic slowdown many of these banks have stopped offering personal loan products as number of defaults have increased at that time.
On an average, these banks have lower average of retail loan share in comparison to the industry. The retail loans outstanding loans average is around 12-14% in comparison to industry average of 20-22%.
Allahabad Bank chairman and managing director JP Dua said, “Personal loan gives a better spread as well as it helps in building relationship.” In the next three years bank will be improving its retail loan shares to 22%.
Allahabad bank’s retail loan average is at 13.92% whereas Union Bank ratio is at 11.5%. State Bank of India countries largest lender has the ratio around 21%.
Public sector banks earn maximum return of around 14-15% from off-shelf loan products in personal loan category whereas from car loans they earn a return of around 12%. On the other hand housing loans get a secured and a higher volume of business, but the returns are much less than the other loan categories.
Banks prefer salaried customers for off-the-shelf products as they link such products to the salary accounts of the customers to minimize probability of default.
According to United Bank of India chief Bhaskar Sen with the improvement in economic conditions the purchasing power of middle class families is also increasing therefore this can boost demand for car loan and housing loan products. Mr Sen said, “The housing segment will continue to give banks businesses many more years. In the car loan segment, demand is seen especially in the small car category.”
UCO Bank chairman and managing director SK Goel said: “We have identified 200 branches across the country to push retail loan products as our share of retail loan business is comparatively low.”
United Bank has 12% of retail share whereas UCO Bank retail share is around 14%. Among the public sector banks, Bank of Baroda has a better retail loan ratio at 20% followed by Indian Bank at 18%.
Bank of Baroda executive director RK Bakshi said, “A higher share of retail loan is important for credit diversification. It’s a stable business and it improves relationship with customers.”
Mr Dua of Allahabad Bank said that public sector banks have large number of branches therefore they can easily improve their retail loan base through their network. “We will try to leverage our vast branch network. We plan to expand our current and savings account deposit base to reduce the cost of deposit and a focus of retail loan will accompany this drive,” Mr Dua said.

Value of a law Degree = $0.00
If you are looking to become an attorney, you should know that a law degree should be taken seriously. Too many persons that are corrupt, unethical, and whom lack integrity become attorneys because they cannot function under traditional ethics and morality that is required at a typical place of employment.
State Bar organizations represent attorneys that are supposed to police attorneys in exchange for membership fees from the same persons they are supposed to regulate. Of course, this arrangement leads to unethical conduct, and lack of protection for the general public.
The typical attorney is not very bright, and uses deceit and deception to convince a jury that a false statement is supposed to be true or believed. In the state of California, Idaho, New York, and elsewhere corrupt attorneys are plentiful and in fact quite common. The reason why many persons seek out law degrees in California is because scheming persons seeking law degrees are aware that the State Bar of California and the California judicial system will not seriously prosecute attorneys who violate State Bar Rules.
In New York, the top attorney for the State of New York was Eliot Spitzer. And how corrupt was he? He was associating with some of the most debased, obscene, and despicable persons on the planet until finally snared in a prostitution ring. Corrupt New York authorities refused to treat Eliot Spitzer like the criminal he really is. The recent appearance of this man on CNN news with CNN host Campbell Brown was an embarassment to America, and a blow to the integrity of CNN. NAAS Media is the true most Trusted Name in the News.
California attorneys have a thorough reputation as being amongst the most corrupt in the U.S.A. This is what apparently motivated Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. to seek a California attorney in its failed and defeated attempts to secure an NAAS trademark.
Without integrity, without intelligence, and without respect for federal laws, a law degree is worthless! Just ask Eliot Spitzer, or the attorney who lost to NAAS Agents.

NAAS Award Deferrals
Preliminary estimates indicate that we may not achieve our statistical requirement for a minimum number of qualified candidates for the current term per NAAS EAS/N2 Rules.
In addition, we have a large cross-section of students in the states of Washington, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Alaska, Oregon, and Utah that may not meet the accreditation standards required per NAAS eligibility standards.
In addition, forward-looking statements of anticipated funds from donors indicate that funding levels for the current term have not met the reserve requirements needed to allocate the anticipated NAAS Awards because the statistical minimums have not been met.
In addition, a portion of fund-raising expenditures have been deferred in favor of allocating expenses for technological research, and new product development.
In addition, legal expenses and resources incurred in combatting 'NAAS' accreditation scams have had a material impact on administrative expenses related to the administration of NAAS awards.
Unfortunately, these series of events will not allow sufficient resources to focus upon the current term of NAAS Awards to a level that most students, parents, and educators have traditionally expected from an NAAS Administration. Therefore, the 20th NAAS term will be deferred until the following term thereafter, unless notified to the contrary.
Pending and submitted NAAS Award applications will still be honored, and accepted, but deferred administrative action until such awards are affirmatively re-activated for an active term per NAAS EAS/N2 Rules. NAAS Semi-finalists will be still be contacted.
For further questions on this issue, please submit questions via NAAS EAS/N2 Form GEC 002, OR refer to the member-area for NAAS Subscribers.
