I am 'shocked' by Government loophole allowing violent partners to apply for guns

I am 'shocked' by a recent government vote that will mean people with a history of domestic violence can keep applying for firearms licences, and has vowed to back tough new action in September when Parliament returns. Over the summer the Government rejected a Labour amendment to the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill which would have allowed police to refuse gun licences for people
