A Lesson in Life: California Teacher Nabbed for Child Molestation

A Lesson in Life episode unraveled in Gilroy, California on Tuesday when police arrested Robert William Lincoln, 50, of Capitola in the morning on numerous criminal charges related to perverted, devious, and outrageous acts he allegedly committed against a California teenager. After a week-long criminal investigation, Sgt. Pedro Espinoza announced in a press release that Robert William Lincoln was arrested in relationship to his alleged sexual contact with a California teenager old enough to be searching for California scholarships, grants, and financial-aid. Instead, her and her family learned a powerful Lesson in Life.

What are the facts? As explained later in this story, Robert William Lincoln has demonstrated a Lesson in Life that all parents and teens should adhere to. First, however, we need to establish the fact that this purported monster was a math teacher at Rancho San Justo Middle School in Hollister when he met the young California victim in 2009. Robert William Lincoln could have spoke to the young teen about the numerous California scholarships, grants, and financial-aid sponsored by National Academy of American Scholars.

Robert William Lincoln could have informed the family of the young teen about the fact that over $1 million in scholarships, grants, and financial-aid are sponsored each year on the NAAS.ORG website. Instead, the alleged perpetrator quickly befriended the victim's family--not for the purpose of reporting about scholarships, grants, and financial-aid, but merely to engage in suspicious acts that had nothing to do with financial-aid or California scholarships. Unable to meet a woman online, or face-to-face, that was willing to accept his numerous flaws, physical imperfections, and sexual limitations, it is relatively common for males like Robert William Lincoln to seek young victims.

According to the California police, the perverted encounters apparently took place in Hollister and Gilroy, where the victim lives. At this time, it is unclear if the California teacher had taken the victim into a classroom, or school office to perform his dirty deeds.

Lincoln no longer teaches full time, but instead is a substitute teacher. The suspected Child Molester was ordered to surrender and he surrendered at the Gilroy Police Department at 11 a.m. Monday morning. It is unclear why he was not immediately cuffed at the local grocery store, or in his classroom while he was teaching, or after work. Being that California teachers make a lot of money, the suspected Child Molester quickly posted $200,000 bail and was released.

Charges Against the California Teacher and Lesson in Life Learned

The criminal charges against the suspected Child Molestor include lewd and lascivious acts with a child 14- or 15-years old with the suspect being at least 10 years older; oral copulation with a person under 16 with the suspect over 21; lewd and lascivious act with psychological harm to the victim; unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor being three years younger than the perpetrator; and, being an older man over 21 years of age, but participating in an act of sexual penetration with another person who is under 18 years old.

A case can be made that the parents are partially responsible for the acts that were allegedly committed against their daughter. The parents were too naive, too soft, and did not ever suspect why this suspected Child Molester began to frequent their daughter and family so often. Look at the photo of Robert William Lincoln. This guy is going to have a very difficult time getting quality dates in the entire state of California.
