Eastgate parking issue - National Motorists Action Group step in to help

NMAG looking to take a test case to civil court and shed light on the companies involved.

There seems to be an issue with rescinding car parking charges on East Gate Retail Park between the dates of the 2nd June and the 8th July. Both companies are acting in a disreputable and greedy manner;

The Council have spoken to the letting agents Aston Rose agents.They have written to the
tenants of Eastgate to ask if they are OK with the parking time allowed to
revert to 3 hours (Morrisons have already indicated they are OK with this). The question raised here of course is did they write and gain approval in the first place to shorten the waiting time to one and half hours?
