NAAS Accreditation Scams Update

In a note to guidance counselors, educators, and teachers across the U.S.A, and accrediting agencies, persons are being forewarned of NAAS Accreditation Scams packaged and sold by the Idaho State Dept. of Education, in general, and approved by Tom Luna, and the State of Idaho.

Many Idaho students, Europeans, and foreign citizens, educators understandably are confused by this apparent illegal trademark infringement supported by an American state agency. Even more are confused by the worship, the fanatical obsession, and perverse-like lust that David Steadman has demonstrated to pursue an NAAS trademark registration. The conduct of David Steadman is apparently publicly supported by Tom Luna, and the State of Idaho.

Schools and organizations that now claim to be accredited by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools should know that part of your 'NAAS Accreditation fees' are paying for private attorney services to a California-based attorney that has been hired to submit false, deceptive, and misleading statements before the U.S. Trademark Office to aid and abet the conduct of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. as it pursues an NAAS trademark registration.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL STATEMENTS FILED BE DAVID STEADMAN CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST ALL ALLEGED NAAS ACCREDITED PERSONS/SCHOOLS THAT NOW CLAIM TO BE ACCREDITED BY NORTHWEST ASSOCIATION OF ACCREDITED SCHOOLS, INC.

ALSO, please note that your school will still be labeled as NOT NAAS LICENSED AND NOT NAAS ACCREDITED because National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS) has not authorized use of the NAAS label by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., and substantial evidence exists that the NAAS trademark has been infringed, intellectually assaulted, or raped by Tom Luna, the Idaho State Department of Education, and Northwest Association of Accreditation Schools, Inc.

If you wish to protest the conduct and actions of David Steadman or Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., or you feel that the actions of David Steadman will bring additional scrutiny or adverse publicity, or additional embarrassment or confusion about the NAAS label, then you need to oppose the trademark applications by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, by writing a letter of protest to the United Patent and Trademark Office.

Together, we can work to enforce the U.S. Trademark/Copyright laws of the United States, and not allow cheaters, plagiarism, stealers, and trademark infringers to profit off of the inventions and ideas of others. It is clear that schools that accept "accreditation" from Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., need an alternative service.

An online version of a legally acceptable protest letter will be posted on the NAAS website within hours, and emailed to educators, students, teachers, and others. Please check back soon.
