Legal Default Exposes Accreditation Fraud


On September 1st of 2010, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office issued a Notice of Default to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. Per Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 55(a), the default is evidence of and a legal admission of NAAS-NEWS Media Reports that the allegations against Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. are true, and that the relationship between the Idaho State Dept. of Education, The Association of Washington School Principals, The American Academy, LLC, and the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. (a/k/a The Northwest Accreditation Commission) and all members and persons associated with Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc is a relationship based upon accreditation fraud, diploma mills, and deceit.

Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. did not defend or answer the serious allegations because it knew the allegations and suspicions posted on NAAS-NEWS website were factually and legaly true.
