BlueHost Solutions or BlueSick Solutions; A professional review of BlueHost.Com

BlueHost Solutions or BlueSick Solutions; A professional review of BlueHost.Com; BlueHost servers are down again

BlueHost or BlueSick? Can BlueHost be relied upon as a hosting company? Today, August 2nd, 2013, at 12:14AM, PDT, BlueHost Servers sputtered and flickered off and on. Later in the morning, at around 8:00am, and forward, BlueHost went belly-up and failed disastrously. We thank our fans and followers in being patient. We understand that each of you may be experiencing trouble accessing our main website because our hosting company BlueHost Solutions, is experiencing network connectivity problems with their equipment. Again!

We have no control over BlueHost equipment or the quality or competency of BlueHost employees. Neither has National Academy of American Scholars issued or awarded any certification to any BlueHost Solutions employee(s). Thousands of companies use BlueHost for their hosting solutions, and are affected by the apparent failure of BlueHost Solutions to deliver a reliable product and/or service. Like thousands of other companies, we have been told that BlueHost is working on the problem. However, as of 9:34AM, PDT, today, we see no visibility of that claim by BlueHost, and multiple attempts to contact BlueHost by telephone have been met by a busy signal or an automatic dropped phone call.

Lulling Statements by BlueHost May Violate FTC Act

Each time BlueHost Servers are down, consumers are provided lulling statements by BlueHost that insinuate that the server problems are on the verge of being imminently resolved, and that "slowly servers are being restored" or that "servers should be up momentarily." These lulling statements are usually inflated and exaggerated messages of false hope to convince consumers that the pending problems are nearly resolved or will be resolved imminently when in fact BlueHost is no closer to a solution than before.

A criminal or civil prosecutor could argue that these lulling statements are violations of the FTC Act prohibiting deceit, and designed to further deprive consumers of honest services. After waiting several hours for these "fixes", we know that many of these lulling statements are not entirely true. In fact, statements made by BlueHost when its servers are down are often contradictory as to the time of estimated repair, the scope of the server problem, and what exactly caused the problem.

What we do know is that each and every time consumers report that Blue Host Servers are down there is a correlation with non-functional telephone equipment of BlueHost. This is a powerful illustration that BlueHost has apparently tied its network servers to its telecommunications equipment, and thus rendering a single-point-failure (engineering parlance) when its servers are down.

We are not going to provide written advice as to what BlueHost should do or how the company should configure its server networks to establish the best optimized engineering redundancy. We suggest, however, that they hire a trained NCAA Division I graduate from a school like Purdue University.

Recent History of BlueHost Servers Being Down

On February 2, 2013, BlueHost Servers were also down. On March 18, 2013, BlueHost servers were down again. BlueHost has been down 3 times in the first quarter of 2013. Access to valuable, informative, and resourceful scholarships, grants, and financial-aid were therefore affected. Moms, mothers, grandmothers, women, working adults, and students seeking information on educational enhancement, careers, and scholarship opportunities were therefore adversely affected. BlueHost has traditionally been one of the top tier hosting companies. However, the BlueHost star has been fading slowly over the past 10 months.

BlueHost has been trying to bite off more than it can chew. It is attempting to portray itself as the Microsoft of hosting companies. The problem is that BlueHost lacks the personnel, the expertise, the funds, and the equipment to achieve such a distinction. Excessive downtimes over the course of a few months will not help its goal.

BlueHost has aligned itself with the Mojo Market Place, another Utah-based company. The Mojo Market Place has bought out Simple Scripts. However, Mojo Market Place has failed to properly integrate its Mojo Market Place into the control panel of BlueHost. The one-click installation promise has yet to be fully functional, 100% of the time.

BlueHost or Bluesick?

Cynically, some competitors of BlueHost are now asking if the name BlueHost should be changed to BlueSick? It is getting harder and harder to trust any Hosting company. BlueHost has many ideal features, and has ranked consistently high on customer service, and their professional web hosting plans. When their servers go down, they can usually be reached for immediate comment if done by Twitter. BlueHost, in fact, claims to have the highest uptime ratio of most hosting companies. Unlike some hosting companies like Apollo Hosting, BlueHost does not attempt to place blame on its own customers. Nonetheless, when Bluehost servers are down, hundreds of students, moms, women, single mothers, minority students seeking scholarships, and grants, are certainly affected.

The BlueHost Brand: Marketing and Guarantees.

The fact of the matter is that NAAS.ORG agents cannot control, manage, or direct the affairs of BlueHost servers, or third-parties, middle-persons, or outside vendors. We have developed, marketed, and have branded the NAAS brand as a symbol of prestige. We are not responsible for the BlueHost brand. If we were responsible for the BlueHost brand there would never be any downtime and we would guarantee the happiness and satisfaction of each and every BlueHost customer.

Over-all, we believe that BlueHost is a fine company. At the same time, we are tepid in our support until we can see long-term stability in their equipment and servers. We use different servers all the time. BlueHost is one of many servers that we use.

We sincerely hope that Blue Host will restore their servers soon so that persons seeking scholarships, grants, financial-aid, or information about financial-aid related topics can access our valuable websites. Many of articles have #1 page rank on Google. We wish BlueHost. Com the best of luck, and we have high hopes that BlueHost servers will be up soon.
