New Windfall Fund to be launched on Saturday 13th April

The Windfall Fund will be launched at our new premises on Broadway in
Accrington on Saturday 13th April 2013 from 11.00am to 3.00pm.

The
Windfall Fund is a community benefit fund that has been established
from proceeds from the new 12 turbine wind farm on Oswaldtwistle Moor.
It is being provided by EnergieKontor and managed by Prospects
Foundation on their behalf.

This morning the Council agreed that Energiekontor would supply an updated spread sheet of residents affected by the loss of signal in accordance with the S106 Agreement.

It is expected that this would be updated daily on Energiekontors web site to minimise calls to Hyndburn Council and them to direct councillors and the public alike to such a spread sheet.
