Baxenden digital TV signal loss

The wind farm on Oswaldtwistle Moor has due to the weak signal from Winter Hill transmitter, knocked out the digital TV signal to huge parts of Baxenden.

improvement on the agreement they made with the former Conservative Council and
I am grateful that the company have moved a considerable way from the
obligations they agreed with that former Council.

This morning the Council agreed that Energiekontor would supply an updated spread sheet of residents affected by the loss of signal in accordance with the S106 Agreement.

It is expected that this would be updated daily on Energiekontors web site to minimise calls to Hyndburn Council and them to direct councillors and the public alike to such a spread sheet.
